摘　　要：UIB是美国SISCO公司提出的解决异构系统集成的一种技术构架,并与IEC、EPR I(美国电科院)、W 3C的相关技术标准(如C IM、XML等)相衔接,可有效地解决电力企业现有的多个异构系统的集成,促进电力企业的信息化。UIB有效地解决了PO INT TO PO INT(点对点)和综合数据库等集成方法的缺点,是未来异构系统集成的一种技术发展趋势,可能有望成为IEC标准。分析了当前一些集成方案的缺陷并结合实际案例介绍了UIB在电力企业信息系统集成中的应用。UIB is some kind of integration architecture brought forward by SISCO Corp. Linking up with the correlative standards of IEC, EPRI and W3C （ CIM and XML etc）, UIB can achieve the integration of several heterogeneous systems of a electric utility effectively and accelerate its construction of information systems. UIB overcomes the disadvantages of the integration method applied at present. UIB has brilliant future, it is very hopeful to be adopted by IEC to become standards. In this paper, the disadvantages of present integration method are analyzed and the application of UIB in integration of information systems of electric utilities is introduced with practical cases.
