胸腰椎结核病灶清除同期植骨并前路内固定的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腰椎结核前路病灶清除、椎体间植骨融合同期前路内固定的治疗效果。方法:对46例胸腰椎结核患者行前路病灶清除、椎体间植骨融合同期前路内固定治疗。结果:46例胸腰椎结核患者平均随访11月均获治愈,植骨全部骨性融合,融合时间平均3.7个月,后突矫正角度20°,治疗优良率达95.5%。结论:胸腰椎结核前路病灶清除椎体间植骨融合同期前路内固定是安全和有效的,并在重建脊柱稳定性中具有重要的意义。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of radical focal debridement in thoracolumbar vertebral tuberculosis and intervertebral body fusion with internal fixation of anterior instrumentation in the same term. Methods： 46 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral tuberculosis radical focal were debrided and the vertebral bodies were fused with iliac or artificial bone with internal fixation of anterior instrumentation in the same term. Results： 46 cases were followed up for average 11 months and all patients had good results. Grafted bone were fused completely with fusion term of average 3.7 months. 20 degree of kyphosis correction achieved after surgery and the cure rate was 95.5%, Conclusions： The radical focal debridement and intervertebral body fusion with internal fixation of anterior instrumentation in the same term is safe and efficient to thoracolumbar vertebral tuberculosis, which is significant in reconstruction of spinal stability.
