摘　　要：介绍先天性心脏病CAI课件的制作过程,旨在弥补传统教学方式的不足,保证和提高教学质量.本cAI课件图、文、声、像并茂,以动画、图像的形式为重点,给抽象、枯燥的内容赋予动态、趣味、形象的特征,使学生更轻松、更直观的获得心脏解剖及病理生理学方面的知识,已用于先天性心脏病基础理论的教学中,取得了较好的成效.This article introduces the process of making computer-aided instruction courseware in teaching of congenital heart disease, which aims to make up the weakness of traditional teaching means and improve teaching quality. In this courseware, images, words, sounds and videos were employed; moreover greater attention is given to flash and videos. The contents are dynamic, interesting and visual, which facilitates students＇ acquiring knowledge of heart anatomy and pathophysiology. In practice this CAI courseware has obtained satisfactory results.
