摘  要:研究了用涂钯全热解石墨管原子吸收测定柑桔中的硼.结果表明,用涂钯石墨管测硼,比用没有涂层的热解管有更高的分析灵敏度.若再使用1 mg/mL氯化钙、2.5 mg/mL抗坏血酸和2 mg/mL硝酸铵的混合液作为复合基体改进剂,则可以进一步提高测定硼的灵敏度.测定了柑桔果肉、果皮和果树叶中硼的含量,DL=0.019 μg/mL,RSD%=3.6~8.1,回收率=95.8%~99.5%.In this paper,the determination of boron in the orange by ETAAS with Pd coated tube was investigated. The analytical sensitivity with Pd coated tube was higher than that one without coated graphite tube. The sensitivity was further improved by use of compound matrix modifier containing 1. 0 mg/mL calcium chloride, 2.0 mg/mL ammonium nitrate and 2.5mg/mL ascorbic acid. The detection limit of the method was 1. 9 ng/mL. The RSD% ranged from 3. 6 to 8. 1. The recoveries by the standard addition method were between 95. 8 - 99. 5%. The method was successfully applied to determine the trace amount of boron in the orange pulp,juice,skin and leaves.
