高效预应力混凝土污泥消化池受力性能试验与计算分析

摘　　要：结合河南省郑州市王新庄污水处理厂污泥消化池在预应力施加阶段和正常使用阶段所进行的原型监测试验,有限元计算分析,确定了污泥消化池管壁混凝土沿管壁纵向和环向的内力分布规律,分析了影响管道内力分布均匀性的具体影响因素,并给出了相应的改进措施.本文所做的工作对同类结构的施工控制和设计具有重要的参考意义.With the experiments of prototype during applying prestress and daily operating of sludge digestion tank in Wangxinzhuang Sewage Treatment Plant（Zhengzhou, Henan）, the distribution regulations of internal forces along the longitudinal and circumferential direction in concrete pipe wall of the sludge digestion tank have been determined; the factors affecting the uniform distribution of internal forces are analyzed and appropriate improved methods have been proposed , which can be consulted for the design and construction control of the similar structures.
