北美红杉无性快繁技术的研究

摘　　要：北美红杉是国外引进的外来树种。通过研究不同的激素对北美红杉离体繁殖的影响,建立了相应的组培技术体系。实验结果表明在MS培养基中附加0.5mg/L 6-BA+0.3mg/L NAA,芽增殖率达6.87倍;芽上段的增殖倍数比中下段好,达5.6倍,且芽生长健壮,茎粗叶绿。生根培养基为1/4MS培养基附加0.5mg/L NAA,其生根率为86.7%,根多且粗长,平均根长为1.16cm,植株高大健壮。Sequoia sempervirens Lindl. is a tree species introduced from abroad. Through researching the effects of different hormones on in vitro reproduction of Sequoia sempervirens Lindl. a technical system of relevant tissue culture was set up. The experimental result showed that the proliferation efficiency of the shoots was 6.87 times when adding 0.5mg/L 6-BA ＋ 0.3mg/L NAA to MS medium. The proliferation efficiency of top segment was 5.6 times and better than those of middle and lower segments, and the shoots grew healthy and strong having thick stalks and green leaves. The root-promoting medium prepared by adding 0.5mg/L NAA to 1/4MS could make the rooting rate reach 86.7%, the roots many and thick with average length of 1.16cm, and the plantlets tall and sturdy.
