区间AHP法在钢铁业投资决策中的应用

摘　　要：结合钢铁业投资决策中影响因素繁多且不确定的特点,使用基于模糊层次分析法的多目标决策方法,通过建立区间判断矩阵,实现投资决策中关键因素相对重要性排序,并通过在案例钢铁企业棒材生产线投资决策的实际应用分析中进行了有效的方法验证,实现了多目标投资决策方案的最佳选择。There are complex and indeterminate factors in investment decision-making in iron and steel industry. This paper employs multi-object decision-making methods, which are based on fuzzy analysis hierarchy process（AHP）, sets up an interval AHP judgment matrix, and sorts correlative importance of key decision factors in the process of investment decision-making. Interval AHP is applied to find the best choice from multi-object decision-making schemes for the investment decision-making for a production line in an iron and steel enterprise.
