摘　　要：对液压缸体推镗滚压工艺中出现的滚柱急剧失效现象进行分析,对滚压过程中滚柱的运动轨道和所受载荷情况进行研究,找出滚柱急剧失效的原因,提出解决问题的方法,为液压缸体推镗滚压加工工艺提供了实际经验。This paper analyses a phenomenon that roll post is destroy in tube to be bored and rolled, studies the track of roll post＇ s motion and load that roll posts are pressed, puts forward the method of solving question, gives experience of bore and rolling for better quality.
