地奥心血康胶囊鉴别方法探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨地奥心血康胶囊的专属鉴别方法.方法以黄山药皂苷提取物作对照品,甲醇作溶剂,采用薄层色谱法、吸收光谱法进行鉴别试验,并对正、伪品的性状特征和显微鉴别进行对比.结果正品地奥心血康胶囊在薄层色谱图中主斑点的颜色、位置,以及在220～350nm波长范围内的吸收光谱图与对照品相同,而伪品与对照品不同;伪品与正品的性状特征及显微鉴别有明显区别.结论显微鉴别、薄层色谱及吸收光谱法操作简便、快速、专属、准确,是控制地奥心血康胶囊内在质量的有效方法.Objective Discuss the identification method of DiAo Xinxuekang Capsule,Methods The trial used Huangshanyao Saponins Extract as matched control and methanol ,as solvent, The TLC and absorbtion spectum methods were used to make a comparison on quality and micro-identification between genuine and fake product. Results The genuine one was in accordance with the control on the main spot＇s color and position in TLC spectrum, as well as the absorb chromatograns whose wave length is in the range of 220 - 35nm. The fake distinguish from the genuine greatly upon quality and micro-identification. Conclusion The method was,; accurate,easy to operate, and can be used for quality control of DiAo Xinxuekang Capsule.
