摘　　要：目的观察愈伤膏对烫伤小鼠的药效作用。方法采用小鼠试验性Ⅱ°烫伤模型观察愈伤膏对烫伤的治疗作用。结果愈伤膏对小鼠试验性Ⅱ°烫伤的愈合有促进作用,烫伤早期用药可避免水泡形成和感染,可减轻烫伤组织的进行性损伤。结论愈伤膏作为一种外用药对烫伤治疗可有效预防创面感染、减少炎性渗出、促进伤口愈合。Objective To study the effect of Yushang ointment on scalded mices.Methods Established mice model of Ⅱ°scald, then observed the effect of Yushang ointment on the models.Results The Yushang ointment had the effects of promoting wound healing, avoiding the water blister forming and infecting in the early stages of wound healing. Conclusion As an external used ointment, the Yushang ointment can prevent injury infection, reduce inflammatory exudation and accelerate wound healing.
