摘  要:目的:探讨体外冲击波治疗骨不连的效果及作用机理。方法:选择标准实验新西兰雌性大白兔16只,每只兔右桡骨为实验组,左桡骨为对照组,制作成桡骨骨不连模型。采用能量为0.5mJ/mm2级的冲击波对治疗组进行治疗,冲击量为800次,对照组不作治疗。分别于治疗前、后第3天,2、4、6、8、12周摄X线片取活组织作光学及电镜检查,两组对照并作统计学分析。结果:治疗前后治疗组骨不连间隙变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组差异无统计学意义。光学及电镜检查显示治疗组组织成骨活跃,而对照组则表现为慢性炎症浸润、纤维结缔组织增生。结论:体外冲击波治疗骨不连是一种创伤小、效果确切的较理想的治疗方法。Objective:To explore the effect and the shock waves. Methods:The nonunion model was mechanism of treating the nonunion by extracorporeal established in the radius of 16 standard New Zealand white female rabbits. The right radius of each rabbit received treatment by the shock waves of 0.5 mJ/mm^2 energy and 800 times while the left radius doesn't and served as the control group. X-rays film, optical and electronic microscope were used to observe to obtain the samples of the living tissue 3 days before and 3 days, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 weeks after treament to analyze the statistical difference between the experimental and control group. Result: There was a significant difference (P〈0. 05)in the nonunion gap of the experimental groups before and after treament but no significant difference in the control group. Moreover, the activity of the osteogenesis was observed in the experimental group by optical and electronic microscope, but the chronic inflammation infiltration and fiber connective tissue proliferation was observed in the control group. Conclusion:The extracorporeal shock wave treating the nonunion is a kind of ideal methods of less trauma and reliable effect. The results of study indicates the mechanism of the therapeutic methods.
