同种带单瓣主动脉活瓣补片在先心病重度肺动脉高压治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估同种带单瓣主动脉活瓣补片治疗先心病合并重度肺动脉高压的疗效.方法对27例先心病合并重度肺动脉高压患者采用同种带单瓣主动脉活瓣补片修复畸形.根据体表面积和术前SaO2将主动脉窦打孔4～8mm.结果死亡2例.生存者出院时7例活瓣显示动态活动,3例右向左分流,其中2例随访3a仍有分流作用.结论同种带单瓣主动脉活瓣补片用于先心病合并重度肺动脉高压的畸形矫正,近、远期效果良好.Objective： To assess the curative effect of unidirectional monovalved homologous aortic patch in congenital heart disease with severe pulmonary hypertension Methods： 27 patients who suffered from congenital heart disease with severe pulmonary hypertension, were repaired with unidirectional monovalved homologous aortic patch. According to body surface area and the preoperative SaO2, the homologous aortic patch were punched under the monovalve with diameters range from 4 to 8 mm. Results： 2 patients died~ The results of echocardiogram examination in the recovered patients showed that the valve, obviously opening and closing in 7 patients, including right to left shunt was still existed in 3 patients, and 2 of these 3 patients were still suffered from this shunt about 3 year later. Conclusion. Applying unidirectional monovalved homologous aortic patch to repare is feasible and the near and the long-term curative effect are both satisfactory.
