深井压裂酸化封隔器研制与应用

摘　　要：介绍了一种能在深井(≥4000m)酸化压裂施工中完成低替过程而不存在提前座封情况的封隔器及配套装置,分析了该封隔器及附件的主要作用和工作原理,经20套次的室内试验和7井次的现场施工应用均获成功。该封隔器结构合理,性能稳定,与国内其他类似工具相比具有成本低、施工操作相对简便的特点,能满足各种深井压裂酸化施工的要求,同时提高了在深井施工中的成功率,值得在今后的深井压裂酸化作业中进行推广应用。The article introduces a kind of packer which has the function of replacing the fracturing fluid completely in the stage of low - rate placement and no setting in advance and its matching equipment, and analyses the main function and operation principle of the packer and its matching equipment The packer has been tested 20 sets in lab. and successfully used in 7 wells. Application results show the packer has some advantages, such as rational structure, stable property, lower cost, simple operating and so on. Meanwhile, the success ratio of the packer used in drilling operation is improved. It is worth popularizing and applying in fracture acidizing operation in future.
