摘　　要：在研究国内外各种渣处理工艺的基础上，尤其对宝钢转炉已采用浅盘水淬法与国外广为采用渣箱热泼工艺进行了分析比较，鉴于渣箱热泼工艺处理能力大、操作安全简便、投资和处理成本较低、碎裂的块渣便于综合利用，武钢三炼钢转炉渣的处理选用了这一工艺，为我国开创一条转炉渣处理工艺新途径。On the basis of researching various slag treating process used in home and abroad,especially the tray quenching process adopted by Baoshsn iron and steel complex and the box hot splashing process commonly used abroad are compared and analyzed.Owing to the features of treating capability.safer and simpler in operation、lower in investment and treating cost and easier in the comprehenisve utilization of the crashed slag,the slag box hot splash process is selected by the No.3 steelmaking plant of WISCO which is under construction.This ushers a new way in converter slag treatment in our country.
