摘　　要：热轧厂在线诊断系统是宝钢新的设备维修体制的起步。在线诊断和离线诊断相结合，充分发挥ＥＸＰＬＯＲＥ－ＥＸ专家系统的能力，及时预报设备状态，使预知维修得以实现。本文浅述了该系统的构成和典型的故障实例，总结了在安装、调试过程中的一些经验。The on-line monitoring and diagnosing system of hot rolling millplant marks the starting-point of establishing the new system of the equipmentmaintenance in Bac Steel. With the combination of the off-line and on-line diagnosing systems and the function of EXPLORE-EX expert system brought into fullplay,the conditions of the equipment may be predicted in time so that the predictivemaintenance will be realized. The construction and typical faults of the system arebriefly described,and the experience from the installation and debugging of it issummarized.
