摘 要:研究了高硅硫化锌精矿焙烧料的湿法处理。采用选择浸出分离硅铁,对影响选择浸出和中和除硅的诸因素进行了讨论。处理不同地区的高硅硫化锌精矿焙烧料取得了锌浸出回收率大于97%、产出的硅渣易于过滤洗涤、除硅液经净化去杂能满足电锌生产要求的满意结果。The calcines of siliceous zinc sulfide concentrates were treated hydrometallurgically.Iron was separated from silica by selective leaching the techniques. Factors affecting the selective leaching and silica removal are discussed in this paper. Satisfactory results have been obtained such as more than 97% zinc extracted, silica residue easily filtrable and wash able, and silica-free solution from which zinc can be recovered by purifying and electrowinning.
