摘　　要：本文介绍了程控交换机系统遭受雷电等高压入侵的原因、预防和保护方法,以及防雷设施的维护标准和注意的问题。从而,对提高程控交换机系统的传输质量,保证设备和维护人员的安全,确保通信畅通,打下了坚实的基础。This paper introduces the reason that the system of programmed control of switching equipment suffers lightning etc. high pressure to invade, prevention and the problem of protecting method as well as of guarding against notice and the standard of care of thunder facility, ensures for raising the transmission quality of the system of programmed control of switching equipment, guaranteeing equipment and defending the safety of people that correspondence is unblocked, hits solid foundation.
