摘　　要：本文主要介绍徐荣祥教授创立的皮肤再生医疗技术在烧伤、创伤、创疡创面修复中的作用。从报道的实验研究资料分析:MEBO可提高小鼠外周血WBC总数、PMN百分数和小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞的吞噬功能。同时,在局部创伤渗出液中测出含有IL-1,而IL-1可促进纤维细胞增殖及促进分泌胶原酶,引起炎症和发热,促进创面愈合,而炎症反应被认为是机体的防御反应,因此MEBO具有抗感染、止痛、促进创面愈合和减轻瘢痕形成等作用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of skin regeneration technique in repairing burn wounds. Method： Experimental data in the literature were analyzed. Result： MEBO could increase the count of WBC in peripheral blood, enhance PMN percentage and mice abdominal cavity phagocyte activity. In the exudates from wounds, IL - 1 was detected. IL- 1 is capable of promoting proliferation of fibroblasts and excretion of collagenase, which induces inflammation and fever and promote wound healing. Inflammation is a defense reaction of the body. Conclusion： MEBO has anti- infection, pain stopping, wound healing promoting and scar formation reducing effects.
