摘　　要：介绍一种用于板坯称量的１６ｔ级板坯秤及其自动称量技术。该秤具有独特的机械构造，由ＰＬＣ控制液压驱动系统完成秤架的升降，实现对板坯的自动称量。A new steel billet weigher and its automation technique are introduced. It consists of a particular physical construction and a new weighing system. Programmable controller controls hydraulic system to drive weigher frame to go up and down, so, steel billet can be weighed automatically.
