摘　　要：通过在线监测轴承部位的温度异常,用声光报警的方式提醒司机采取必要的措施。介绍机车轴承温度监测报警装置及其所用数字温度传感器DS1820(DS18B20)的工作原理,给出了装置硬件、软件设计框图以及增强装置抗干扰性所采取的具体措施。装置通过了电磁兼容试验验证,并在全路推广使用。现场运用过程中通过不断修改软件,装置的功能更加趋于完善。The device monitors on line the axle journal temperature and alarms verbally and optically reminding the driver to take necessary, measures. It is presented the working principles of the axle journal temperature alarm device of locomotive and of the digital temperature sensor DS 1820 （DS 18B20）. Block diagrams for the hardware and software design are given as well as the detailed measures taken to improve the anti-interference. The device has passed the EMC test and has been widely used in the railways, The software functions have been improved continuously during the site operations, making the device close to perfection.
