摘 要:通过对火灾现场物证提取技术与鉴定技术进行的大量摸拟试验,得出提取火灾现场起火点附近玻璃附着烟尘的方法比提取炭化物优越,干扰因素少,准确率高。采用六种鉴定方法相互印证,可有效地减少鉴定差错率,经多次特、重大火灾与放火案件的鉴定,证实此方法排除干扰性强,对火场中烧与未烧的汽油、柴油等易燃液体放火物的烧残物鉴定非常有效。Based on the large amount of experiments in physical evidence sampling technology in the fire site and the identification technology, the article emphasized that the sample of the smoke trace on the glass near the fire origin is better than the charcoal materials. The smoke trace on the glass is more precise in the fire cause identification. If use 6 methods to identify the fire cause, and to inter-verify, it will reduce the error in the identification effectively. Based on several case studies,it is proved that it is effective to use this method to identify if petrol or diesel was used to set fire.
