摘　　要：阐述了新型电平衡式差动电容测微仪的工作原理、硬件结构设计及其软件实现方法。应用LabVIEW对传感器的输出信号进行检测,获得位移数据、曲线和图形。与其他测微仪相比,具有更高的灵敏度、更高的检测精度和更好的线性度。The working principle of the new type charge balance differential capacitance micrometer, the design of hardware configuration and the achievable method of software were described. By using LabVIEW detect output signal of the sensor, get displacement data, the curve and the figure. It has higher sensitivity, higher measuring precision and better linear character than other micrometer.
