摘　　要：目的:完善骨松宝片质量标准,控制药品质量。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对骨松宝片中淫羊霍、赤芍进行鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定淫羊霍苷的含量。结果:鉴别效果满意;淫羊霍中淫羊霍苷在0.0615μg^0.5555μg范围内具有良好的线性关系。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确;可作为该制剂质量控制方法。Objective： To perfect the quality standard of Gusongbao tablets and control the quality of drugs. Method： The longspur epimedium and paeoniae radix in Gusongbao tablets were identified by TLC, the icariin was determined by HPLC. Result： the identified result is satisfied, the icariin showed a good linearity in 0.0615μg-0.5555μg. Conclusion： The method is simple, quick and accurate, can be used as the method for controlling the preparation quality.
