摘　　要：通过对螺旋焊管夏比冲击试验过程中产生的误差进行分析,指出误差产生的三个主要原因:①试样的制备;②温度的控制;③系统本身误差。同时对试验中出现的一些问题进行分析,提出了减小试验误差的一些方法。It pointes out three main reasons of produced tolerance are preparation and machining of sample,temperature control and tolerance of system itself after the tolerance occurred during Sharp impact of spiral welded pipe.And also analyzes a few problem occurred during testing and indicates method to reduce test tolerance.
