长耳鸮Asio otus消化系统形态组织学观察

摘　　要：采用解剖、测量、石蜡切片、HE染色等方法,对2只成年雄性长耳鸮的消化系统进行了形态组织学观察,结果表明:长耳鸮食管粗大,无嗉囊,黏膜褶发达,黏膜层为复层扁平上皮.胃内腺体发达,分布有大量的单管状腺和复管状腺.肌胃内未见明显的类角质膜.十二指肠绒毛长而密,空回肠绒毛稍短且粗.小肠肠腺发达,黏膜上皮为单层柱状上皮,肌肉层以环行肌为主.盲肠壁薄.直肠壁厚.肝脏和胰脏的小叶界限不清晰.Digestive system of Asto otus were studied by dissection,measuration, paraffin sectioning and HE staining. The results showed that Asto otus had thick esophagus and had no crop. The mulous membrane layer was stratified squamous epithelium. The glands in stomach were well developed, which were composed of simple tubular glands and tubulocinar glands. The cutin film was not found in muscular stomach. The intestinal villis in duodenum were dense and long,but shorter and thicker in jejunum and ileum. The intestine glands were well developed in the whole small intestine. The muscle layer relied mainly on circular muscle. The caecum wall was thin and the rectum wall was thick. The boundary of liver lobule and pancreatic lobule was obscure.
