摘 要:为了提高煤的摩擦电选脱硫降灰效率,应用同心圆筒测量法研究了煤及伴生矿物颗粒的比电阻、应用开尔文探针法研究了煤及伴生矿物与不锈钢的接触电位差、应用法拉第桶测量了煤及伴生矿物的摩擦带电荷质比.结果表明:净煤和高岭石与不锈钢间的接触电位差为正值,在与不锈钢摩擦时带正电,而黄铁矿和石英与不锈钢间的接触电位差为负值,在与不锈钢摩擦时带负电;小于1.6 g/cm3各密度级和大于1.6 g/cm3各密度级摩擦带电符号相反.温度升高或湿度降低使得颗粒的电阻率升高,有利于提高颗粒的摩擦带电量和分选效率.For improving the desulphurization and deash efficiency using triboelectrostatic separation, the resistivities of coal and associated minerals were measured using concentric circle electric pole, the contact potential differences between coal or associated minerals and stainless steel were measured using the Kelvin probe, and the charge-to-mass of coal and associated minerals also were measured by Faraday tube. The results show that the contact potential difference between pure coal or Kaolin and stainless steel is positive, the pure coal or Kaolin will be positive charged while rubbing against the stainless steel, and the contact potential difference between pyrite or quartz and stainless steel is negative, the pyrite or quartz will be negative charged while rubbing against the stainless steel. The different density fractions coal of 〈 1.6 g/cm^3 and 〉 1.6 g/cm^3 will oppositely charged. The resistivity of particles will increase with the increasing of temperature or decreasing of humidity and, thus the quantity of triboelectricharge of particles and separation efficiency will be enhanced.
