摘  要:研究了生物滴滤器对甲苯废气(VOCs代表)的净化性能及其影响因素.小型生物滴滤器实验结果表明,实验条件下净化效率随进气甲苯浓度的增大而减小;生化去除量(EC)则随进气甲苯浓度的增大而增大;停留时间越长,净化效率越高.当空床停留时间(EBRT)10 s甲苯质量浓度在184~1 223 mg/m3时,对应的生化去除量保持在62.4~190.7 g/(m3*h);当甲苯进气质量浓度处于600 mg/m3以下时,只要EBRT达到30 s时,净化效率可达到90.0%以上;当甲苯进气处于600~1 300 mg/m3质量浓度范围时,需要通过生物滴滤器串级运行或采用活性炭吸附预处理而不是单纯依靠增加气体在生物滴滤器内的停留时间来达到60 mg/m3排放要求.实际工艺系统对于难溶于水的气体如甲苯,表面液体速度可控制在1.0 m/h的较低值以内.The biological elimination capacity of toluene at low concentration (as representative of VOCs pollutants) by biotrickling filter and the factors influencing the filter's performance were researched. The results show that the removal efficiency decreases and, while the elimination capacity increase with the increasing of inlet toluene concentration. The removal efficiency increases with the increase of the EBRT. When the EBRT is 10 s and the toluene concentration is 184- 1 223 mg/m^3, the EC is 62.4-190.7 g/(m^3 · h). When the toluene concentration is lower than 600 mg/m^3, the removal efficiency may reach 90.0% under EBRT being 30 s. While the toluene concentration is within the range of 600-1 300 mg/m^3, a muhi-biotrickling filter reactor system should be adopted to meet the requirement of 60 mg/m^3. In the industrial system of toluene removal, the apparent liquid velocity can be controlled as low as 1.0 m/h.
