摘 要:选煤厂煤泥水系统从广义上包括了选煤系统的全部工艺过程,因此对选煤系统的研究可以集中在对煤泥水系统研究上.分析了选煤厂煤泥水系统的微观结构,提出了影响煤泥水沉降效果的3种因素:煤质因素、水质因素和环境因素.动力学方程分析结果表明煤泥水系统具有显明的耗散结构特征,所以构建了煤泥水系统的熵流模型,并对模型进行了举例说明.该模型的建立可以为煤泥水系统和选煤系统的宏观控制提供依据.Research on coal processing system could be focused on coal slurry system, which generally consists of all steps of coal processing. Three key factors including coal, water and environment, which have influences on fine particles sedimentation in coal slurry, were proposed based on the analysis of slurry system microcosmic structure. Dynamic equation analysis indicates that slurry system has evident dissipation structure characteristics, therefore, an entropy exchange model was established and an example was given to illustrate its application. The model can be used to provide foundation for the macroscopic control of slurry system as well as coal processing system.
