摘 要:以焦粉为原料,添加一种有机-无机复合黏结剂,采用冷压成型的方法,研究开发出了冷强度≥70 kgf/球,热强度≥30 kgf/球,灰熔点大于1 500℃的高质量气化型焦.通过在移动床气化炉的造气实验表明,该气化型焦完全符合工业化造气用煤要求,可替代焦炭作为生产半水煤气的原料.The major objective of this study was to explore the use of coke powder as main material of producing formed coke which is formed under a certain pressure at room temperature added with an organic-inorganic multiple binder. The result show that the ashy melting point of the formed coke is above 1 500 C and its cold strength over 70 kg as well as its thermal strength also surpasses 30 kg. It has been proved that the formed coke is qualified to be used as industrial gasification coal that produces gas with the formed coke in the moving bed gasify furnace.
