摘　　要：本实验用膨润土负载壳聚糖絮凝提纯,以除去黄芩浸液中的鞣质等杂质;用半透膜再次提纯去除蛋白质 等大分子物质。用标准曲线法定量计算鞣酸的脱出率为48．8％。Abstract： The experiment adopt bentonite load chitosan flocculating abstracting in order to remove the tannide and other impurities in scutellaria dip solution, and remove macromolecule materials as protein by using semipermeable membrance. Calculating deviating rate of tannic acid according to the standard curve. The deviating rate of tannic acid is 48.8%.
