摘 要:分别测定了不同碳质材料(石墨和活性炭)和不同碳质量分数(2.6%~3.2%)的低碳连铸保护渣在空气中和在氩气中的熔化速度,结果是在有惰性气体保护下的熔化速度远小于一般在空气中的熔化速度.文中还分别研究了3种还原剂(Si-Ca合金粉、Si-Al-Ca-Ba合金粉、Al粉)对同一种低碳(碳质量分数为2.6%)连铸保护渣熔化速度的影响,结果是加入还原剂的熔化速度远小于不加还原剂的熔化速度,其中Al对降低熔化速度的作用相对最大.The melting speed of low carbon CC mold flux composed of different carbon materials (graphite and active carbon) and different carbon mass fraction (2.6%- 3.2%) is measured in the air and in the argon. Results indicate that the melting speed of the flux under the protection of the inert gas is slightly slower than that in the air. The effects of three different reducing agents (Si-Ca alloy powder, Si-Al-Ca-Ba alloy powder and Al powder) on the melting speed of a similar low carbon CC mold flux (carbon mass fraction 2. 6%) are separately studied. Results show that the melting speed of the flux with addition of the reducing agent is far less than that of the flux without addition of any reducing agent, in which Al plays the most important role in retardation of flux melting.
