摘　　要：介绍了中铝广西分公司电解铝厂160kA77台预焙电解槽二次焙烧、启动实践,论述了二次焙烧启动的方法,针对可能出现的问题,制定出措施,确保二次启动槽顺利启动。The paper introduces the second time start up of 77 160kA aluminum cells in aluminum smelter of Guangxi Branch, Chalco and its procedures. It also indicates the measures they took about the possible problems to ensure the second time start up of cells.
