脆弱生态环境与工业化的关系

摘　　要：脆弱生态环境与工业化之间具一定的相关性，这节相关性的大小与其所处的工业化程度或水平的高低成反相关关系。在工业化水平或程度相对较高的地区（例如，我国东南部地区），脆弱生态环境与工业化关系不密切，即脆弱生态环境的形成或加剧主要不是因为工业化进程；相反，在工业化水平或程度相对较低的地区（例如，我国西部各省、区），脆弱生态环境与工业化关系密切，即脆弱生态环境阻障工业化进程，而低水平的工业化又加剧生态环境的脆弱，导致贫困与脆弱生态环境的恶性循环。因此，提出要想治理和改善生态环境，必须尽快实现工业化，特别是在我国的西部地区，加速实现工业化包括农村工业化，既是摆脱贫困也是改善脆弱生态环境的必由之路。his paper analysed the relationship between fragil environment and industrialization with the method of correlative analysis.The conclusion is:There is correlation between fragil environment and industrializtion,but in different region,the correlation between fragil environment and industrialization is different due to different degree of industrialization.Generally,in the east and south of China,because of which high degree of industry devel.opment,the correlation between fragil environment and industrialization is obviousless I.e.the low degree of industrialization is not due to the fragil environmnt,the fragil environment is not due to the low degree of Industrialization too.Oppositly,in the west of China,because of which low degree of ind ustry deyelopment,the correlation bettween fragil environment and industrialization is obvious.It is almost the relationship of reason and result between the fragil environment and the industrialization.l.e.the fragil environment causes the low degree of industrialization,and the low degree of industrializaon intensifies the fragil environment.After discussing the problem of coordinate between environmental construction and economic development,according to the characteristic of different relationship between the fragil environment and Industrialization, in different region, the paper pointed out a suggestion that deal with the relationship between environmental construction and economic devlopment differently in different region,also different industrialization phase,It also suggests that the key of improving environment is developing industry to realize industrializatin.
