摘  要:目的建立犬颈总动脉(CCA)分叉部囊状动脉瘤(AN)模型,评价微弹簧圈行动脉瘤腔栓塞前后影像学的改变。方法运用显微外科技术制作6个CCA分叉部动脉瘤,术后7-14d行彩色多普勒超声仪、经颅多普勒(TCD)、磁共振(MR I)、磁共振血管成像(MRA)、数字减影动脉血管造影(IADSA)检查,以微弹簧圈紧密填塞动脉瘤并再次进行上述检查,并观察病理改变。结果所有模型均获得成功,DSA结合无创影像学可以提高对动脉瘤的诊断和全面认识。微弹簧圈瘤腔栓塞能取得良好效果。结论该模型是进行AN血管内栓塞治疗研究的理想模型;先进的影像学检查对AN的微弹簧圈栓塞前后的评价具有无创、可重复、显示清楚的特点,可以一定程度上替代DSA检查。Objective To establish canine bifurcation saccular aneurysm model of common carotid artery (CCA) , and evaluate the image changes of aneurysm cavities before and after they were embolized with microcoil (MC). Methods 6 CCA bifurcation saccular aneurysm models were created by using microsurgical technique. 7 -14 days after surgery, models were detected with color Doppler, Transcranial Doppler ( TCD ), magnetic resonance image ( MRI ), magnetic resonance angiography ( MRA ), digital subtraction angiography( DSA), and examed again after these models were compactly packed with MC. In the mean time, the pathological changes were observed. Results Models were created successfully. DSA combined with other image methods can improve diagnosis of aneurysms completely. MC emboliization can make good results. Conclusions This kind of aneurysm model is an ideal one which is used to research the aneurysm embolised through blood vessels. Advanced image examination can noninvasively, repeatedly, clearly evaluate aneurysms before and after MC emboliization, to some extent, even substitute DSA.
