摘　　要：近年来,贪污贿赂案件翻供翻证现象有着愈演愈烈之势,已成为当前查办职务犯罪一个不容忽视的问题。为了从根本上防止犯罪嫌疑人、被告人、证人翻供翻证,在侦查阶段就要加强防范意识,采取有效对策,这对确保整个刑事诉讼的顺利进行有着十分重要的意义。本文在分析贪污贿赂案件翻供翻证的表现形式、发生环节、特点和成因的基础上,提出了侦查阶段应采取的对策。In recent years, the phenomenon of overthrowing confession and testimony become worse and worse in the corruption and bribe cases, it has already become a problem that can＇t be ignored in investigating and dealing with job crime at present. In order to prevent the overthrowing confession and testimony essentially from the source, it is necessary to strengthen the consciousness against it and adopt the effective countermeasures in the investigating phrase. It has a very important meaning to ensuring the whole criminal suit to carry out smoothly. This text looks through the expression form and the stage of occurrence, the characteristic and the cause of the overthrowing confession and testimony. Based on the analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures that should be adopted in the investigating stage.
