摘　　要：警察谋略是研究警察领域中敌对双方斗智的一种方略和形成思维机制的学说,擒敌谋略反映擒敌指导思想的一般性规律。本文将警察谋略学的理论研究引向理论分析的深层,运用哲学、思维学、心理学等学科的新成果,提出奇谋妙计,使其引导学生及干警进行辨证思考,以便根据自己工作面临的问题、所处的环境创造出擒敌制胜的使用方略。The police stratagem is a stratagem, which is used when policemen fight with criminals and it is also a kind of theory to create a way of thought. The stratagem of catching criminal reflects general regulars of thought, which can lead policemen to catch criminal. This paper leads the theory study of police stratagem to a high degree. It synthesizes the latest achievements of philosophy and psychology and puts forward distinctive stratagems, which can help students major in public security and policemen think dialectically and use the stratagem properly to catch criminals.
