摘  要:目的探讨畸变产物耳声发射(distortion product otoacoustic emissions,DPOAEs)在新霉素药物性聋早期诊断中的意义。方法 20只 SD 大鼠随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组连续肌肉注射新霉素150mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),对照组注射生理盐水,分别于第4、7、11、15天测试 DPOAEs。结果用药后7d 输入/输出(I/O)曲线斜率发生变化且幅度降低,第11天出现高频 DPOAEs 幅值降低和潜伏期延长(P<0.05)。结论 DPOAEs 能够发现药物性聋早期的听力学改变,且无创、简便易行,其中 I/O 曲线敏感性高于 DPOAEs 幅值和潜伏期,可作为临床用药的听力监测。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2005,5:355~357)Purpose To explore the potential application distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAEs) in early diagnosis of neomycin-induced ototoxicity. Methods Twenty SD rats were divided into two groups randomly: experimental group ( 12 rats) and control group(8 rats). Experimental rats were injected 150 mg· kg^- 1· d^- 1 neomycin for 14 days. DPOAEs detection was performed before and after injection on 4th, 7th, 11 th, 15th day. Results On 7 th day after injection, the slope of input-output(I/O) functinos was declined and magnitude was reduced. On 11th day, the magnitude of DPOAEs was reduced and latency prolonged ( P 〈 0.05) in high frequency. Conclusion Our study indicates that DPOAEs represent a simple and non-injure procedure, which can be easily performed in clinical evaluation to obtain reliable results, that can be used in detecting ototoxicity in early stage.
