摘  要:通过煤粉气流着火前的温升计算,依据赛门洛夫(Semenov)热着火理论探讨磨煤机启停不投或少投油的可能性。理论计算结果表明:直吹式墙式锅炉磨煤机启动过程少投油是可行的,且至少有半数点火油枪无需投入,仅此即可将启动燃烧器所消耗的点火油节省一半。在一定条件下,可不投油,这样有望节省全部点火油。Through calculation of temperature rise before ignition of pulverized coal with airflow, the feasibility of without injecting fuel oil or injecting little fuel oil during startup or shutdown of the coal pulverizer has been discussed on the theory of Semonov’s hot ignition. Results of theoritical calculation show that the method of injecting little fuel oil during startup of the coal pulverizer for direct wallfiring boilers is feasible, and at the least a half of ignition oil guns needn’t to put into service, only from this ignition mode the fuel oil consumption of startup burners can be reduced 50%. Under certain conditions, the fuel oil can’t be injected, thereby, it is expected to save the total fuel oil used for ignition.
