摘 要:对传统电子束法、电子束半干法与电子束深度氧化法的反应原理、工艺流程进行了比较及分析。为验证电子束深度氧化烟气净化技术的可行性,在中试装置上进行了SO2吸收试验和电子束辐照氧化试验,结果表明,电子束深度氧化烟气净化技术能耗低,可靠性高,是一种具有广阔应用前景的烟气脱硫新技术。The features of gas purification technology by using electron beam have been presented, the reaction principle and technological process of three processes, namely traditional electron beam process, semidry electron beam process, and deep oxidation process by using electron beam, being compared and analysed. In order to verify the feasibility of flue gas purification technology with deep oxidation by using electron beam, the SO_2 absorbtion test and the electron beam irradiated oxidation test have been carried out on one pilot facility. Results show that the said deep oxidation process has low energy consumption and high reliability, to be a new technology of flue gas desulfuration, having wide application prospect.
