牛蒡子甙元体内抗甲1型流感病毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:从体内抗病毒实验观察牛蒡子抗甲1型流感病毒作用。方法:以病毒滴鼻感染小鼠,观察肺指数、病毒致小鼠死亡率等的影响。结果:牛蒡子甙元在100μg/kg及10μg/kg口服均明显抑制甲1型流感病毒引起的小鼠肺炎实变;牛蒡子甙元100μg/kg浓度组对甲1型流感病毒感染的小鼠有死亡保护作用。结论:牛蒡子甙元是一种治疗流行性感冒的有效药物。Objective： To study anti-influenza virus effect of Arctigenin in vivo. Methods： The influences on lung index, death rate of mice infected by influenza virus were observed in the mice infected with virus from nose. Results： Experiments in vivo showed that Arctigenin at the concentration of 100 μg/kg and 10 μg/kg for the intranasal treatment markedly inhibited the lung consolidation of mice pneumonia caused by the infection of influenza virus. Arctigenin at the concentration of 100 μg/kg prolonged the survival time of mice infected with influenza virus. Conclusion： Arctigenin may be effective on treating influenza.
