摘　　要：以高效液相色谱法测定诺氟沙星的含量，采用岛津ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ色谱柱、０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ柠檬酸－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ乙酸铵－乙腈（７９：１：２０）为流动相，ＵＶ检测波长２７８ｎｍ，按外标法计算。本法专属性高，结果满意。HPLC is used for detemination of norfloxacin(column: Shimpack CLC-ODS, 6.0×150mm; detector: UV278nm; mobile phase: 0. 05mol/L citric acid1mol/L ammonium acetate-acetonitrile (79:1:20); flow rate 1. 5ml/min). Good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 0.03￣0. 16mg/ml with standard calibration curve y=37483x+1573,correlation coefficient r=0.9998. The method is simple and convenient.
