摘　　要：利用ABC分析法,引入对复杂装备系统保障库存分类控制的思想,建立了一种库存控制优化模型。该模型通过库存分类确定不同类别库存的订货点和订货量,体现了对不同类别库存的分解管理、协同控制的思想,在保证零备件库存供应的同时,极大地减少了库存总量。给出了该模型在计算机管理信息系统中的具体应用。On the basis of ABC analytical method, introducing ideas of classified control to servicing inventory for complex equipment system, we established an optimized model of inventory control. By classifying inventory and fixing on the time and quantity to indent goods of different types, this model incarnated the thought of breaking up management and cooperating control on inhomogeneity inventory. It guarantees the supply of spare part very well, and reduces the gross inventory a lot. At last, it shows how to apply the model in computer management information system.
