人参和西洋参的红外光谱鉴别

摘　　要：对人参和西洋参的石油醚、乙醚和水提取物进行红外光谱测定,结果显示:人参和西洋参分别具有独特而稳定的红外光谱特征,根据其光谱特征可准确地予以鉴别。The petroleum ether, ethyl ether and water extracts of Radix Ginseng and Radix Quinquefolii, obtained by the same isolating procedure, were determined by IR spectropho-tometry. The results showed that the IR spectral evidences of Radix Ginseng and Radix Quinquefolii are of easily found distinguishing characteristics and can be used to tell the difference between Radix Ginseng and Radix Quinquefolii exactly.
