摘　　要：Chial Complexes of Mn3+, Fe3+, Ni2+ and Cu2+ were prepared from chiral Schiff Base ligand obtained by condensation of new type methyl 5-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-3-formyl-4-hydroxybenzoate synthesized by this work with (1R, 2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane. The new chiral ligand and complexes were characterized by elementary analysis, 1H NMR, IR and UV-Vis.Chial Complexes of Mn^3＋, Fe^3＋, Ni^2＋ and Cu^2＋ were prepared from chiral Schiff Base ligand obtained by condensation of new type methyl 5-（1,1-dimethylethyl）-3-formyl-4-hydroxybenzoate synthesized by this work with （1R, 2R）-1,2-diaminocyclohexane. The new chiral ligand and complexes were characterized by elementary analysis, 1^H NMR, IR and UV-Vis.
