摘  要:对典型草原和荒漠草原的土壤有机碳(OC)和全氮(N)进行的比较分析结果表明:两种草原土壤SOC和TN含量差异显著,且典型草原的SOC和TN含量高于荒漠草原;在0~20cm土层内,两种草原的SOC和TN含量随土壤深度的增加呈下降趋势.典型草原的气候、植被及土壤质地状况优于荒漠草原,可能是导致上述结果的可能原因.Soil organic carbon(SOC) and total nitrogen content(TN) in the typical steppe and desert steppe were compared. The results are as follows: SOC and TN content in the two steppe have obvious difference , moreover, SOC and TN content in the typical steppe are higher than that in desert steppe;In the layer of 0-20 cm, SOC and TN content in both steppe all has a tend to degrade as the soil get deep. This results have close relationship with the climate, vegetation as well as soil conditions and other nature conditions.
