三倍体毛白杨P-RC APMP浆配抄铜版原纸的研究

摘　　要：对三倍体毛白杨P-RC APMP浆配抄铜版原纸进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,配抄铜版原纸时加入大配比量的盘磨化学预处理碱性过氧化氢机械浆(P-RC APMP)不但对成纸的性能没有不利的影响,反而因为化机浆的加入而改善了纸页的性能,P-RC APMP浆比漂白麦草浆更适于配抄铜版原纸。抄造较适宜的条件为:BKP与P-RC APMP浆的质量比为40∶60,滑石粉用量20%,荧光增白剂VBL 0.1%,CPAM 0.04%,AKD 0.15%。Art base paper blended with P-RC APMP of the triploid of Populus thomentosa was investigated. The result showed that, the properties of art base paper were not affected by blending a large of guantity P-RC APMP, on the contrary, some properties were improved. Compared with bleached wheat-straw pulps, P-RC APMP was more fit for blending art base paper. The suitable conditions of papermaking were as follows ： the ratio of BKP to P-RC APMP was 40 ： 60, talc powder 20% ,VBL 0.1% ,CPAM 0.04% ,AKD 0.15%.
