摘 要:利用胶束聚合法得到了耐温耐盐性疏水缔合型DBA-AM共聚物,考察了决定分子结构的NH值和水解度对疏水缔合型DBA-AM共聚物耐温耐盐性能的影响.结果表明,无论低温黏度还是高温黏度,高NH值的样品盐增稠能力都大于低NH值的样品.在温度为25 ℃~85 ℃范围内,NH值大的样品黏度变化幅度较大,而NH值较小的样品黏度曲线比较平缓.随着NH值的增大,表面活性剂使聚合物溶液黏度发生的变化越大.对于高NH值共聚物,升温使低水解度样品比高水解度样品产生更大的黏度损失.低NH值共聚物无论在低温还是高温时,高水解度样品黏度都有优势.The DBA-AM hydrophobically associating copolymer was prepared by microemulsion copolymerization of acrylamide (AM) as the water soluble monomer and the N,N-dibutylacrylamide(DBA)as the hydrophobically modifying monomer. The effects of NH value and hydrolytic degree on thermal-resistant and salt-tolerant properties of AM-DBAc copolymers have been investigated. The results show that the salt-thickening ability of high NH value is stronger than that of low NH value in any temperature. When the temperature is varied from 25℃ to 85 ℃, the viscosity of high NH value copolymer has changed greatly, and the low NH value copolymer has changed gently. With the increase of the NH value,the effects of surfactants on the viscosity of the polymers is enhanced. For the high NH value copolymers, the viscosity loss of the low hydrolytic degree copolymer is larger than that of high hydrolytic degree copolymer with rise of temperature. For the low NH value copolymers, high hydrolytic degree copolymers have better thermal-resistant property than that of low hydrolytic degree copolymers.
