摘  要:通过调控分子量合成了系列树脂相相对分子量变化的M BS树脂。将其与PVC树脂进行熔融共混,并测试PVC/M BS合金的力学性能。测试结果表明,分子量转移剂TDDM用量越多,M BS树脂相的相对分子量越低,PVC/M BS合金熔体流动速率越高、加工流动性越好、冲击强度越高,但对拉伸强度影响不大。这对开发系列M BS树脂具有重要指导意义。A series of MBS resins with different molecular weight were synthesized by chain transfer agent. By blending them with PVC resin, melt flew rate (MFR) and mechanical properties of PVC/MBS blends were measured. The resuls show that MFR of MBS resin inceases with the amount of chain transfer agent, which indicates the decreased relative molecular weight. Impact strength of PVC/MBS blends increase with the relative molecular weight of MBS resin. But molecular weight of MBS resins has no effect on tensile strength. Effect of molecular weight of MBS resins on mechanical properties can provide guidance for developing different tpye MSB resin.
