摘  要:利用酯端基聚酰胺-胺(PAM AM)树形分子为模板,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DM F)为溶剂,用硼氢化钠还原氯化金制备了树形分子封装的金纳米簇复合物。UV-v is光谱和TEM表征研究表明,分子代数越大,制备的金纳米粒子直径越小,粒径分布越均匀,在DM F溶剂中越稳定。Gold nanoclusters were prepared by reduction of HAuCl4 with NaBH4 in the presence of poly(amidoamine) dendrimers with surface methyl ester groups in N,N-dimethylformamide. Gold nanoclusters with smaller particle size, better diameter distribution and better dispersive stability were obtained by using higher generation dendrimer as template from UV-vis spectra measurement and TEM characterization. In addition, we discussed how the dendrimers acted as templates for the prep drimer nanocomposites lower generation; and tion dendrimers. aration of gold nanoparticles.
