摘  要:研究了阳离子引发剂的用量对脂环族环氧树脂紫外光固化的影响。并以脂环族环氧树脂为原料合成了一种新的用于紫外光固化的脂环环氧丙烯酸酯,研究了不同的引发剂对这种树脂固化反应速率的影响,测定了不同体系固化后的体积收缩率和线收缩率。对该树脂及不同体系的固化膜进行了FT-IR表征,表明所合成的新树脂含有两种官能团;用DSC对不同体系的固化膜进行了分析,结果证明加入自由基-阳离子混杂光引发剂的体系固化后具有较高的玻璃化温度。A new alicyclic epoxy acrylate applied in stereolithography was synthesized from the alicyclic epoxy resin, and the effect of different photoinitiator on the curing rate of newly synthesized resin was studied. Volumetric shrinkage and linear shrinkage of the various systems after cured were measured, and one of the linear shrinkage was 0. 092%, which is satisfied with stereolithography. IR spectrum showed the structure of these materials. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the different systems were examinated by DSC, the Tg of the system added two photoinitiators was high (around 87℃).
